Fatai Owoseni the Lagos State police commissioner, when on a visit to the place were Isheri no ETA Estate GRA,  Lagos where a gang of 11 kidnappers attacked earlier today, the gang succeeded in killing three security guards and abducted many people who were staying in the estate's associations, secretary, the police force have vowed that they will surly arrest the gang and rescue the kidnapped victims.
